  Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

   

  • We value your time — and ours. To keep everything running smoothly for all clients, we ask that you please review and honor our policy:

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service price.

  • If you’ve purchased a package, the missed session will be deducted from your balance.

  • If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your remaining time. However, sessions may be shortened out of respect for the next guest.

  • By booking with us, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

  Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to offering a fair refund process.

    • Refunds are available for prepaid services or packages if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

    • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

    • If a portion of a prepaid package has been used, only the unused portion may be refunded. Used sessions will be recalculated at the full single-session rate.

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Special Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
