Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time — and ours. To keep everything running smoothly for all clients, we ask that you please review and honor our policy:

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service price.

If you’ve purchased a package, the missed session will be deducted from your balance.

If you're running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your remaining time. However, sessions may be shortened out of respect for the next guest.

By booking with us, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re committed to offering a fair refund process.

Refunds are available for prepaid services or packages if canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

If a portion of a prepaid package has been used, only the unused portion may be refunded. Used sessions will be recalculated at the full single-session rate.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
